Cold and brisk this morning. At least there is no wind today. I am glad I don't have to go anywhere though. I think I will do my steps on my treadmill today, although that is so boring I really don't like it. I listen to podcasts while I do it, maybe if I listen to music, it might be a bit easier. Anyway, I want to get some exercise. What's new in your world?

Shopping is always good. It was windy and chilly down here too, but the air temp was warmer than that.

Walking on the treadmill can be boring and I hope music helps. Walking outside when it's really cold can take your breath away.

@snowy22315 i walk around when i'm texting or talking on the phone or listening to music. past few days i had some really nice conversations and they made me walk like Professor Balthazar
