My Door Project

My husband painted our front door maybe 15 years ago. We have lived here since 1996.
The front of our home has the sun hitting it directly and it gets pretty hot. This causes the paint to eventually weather and get cracky and peel.
It had started to look really bad, so I have started taking the old paint off. I am getting it ready for my husband to paint. We are going to paint it a dark grey this time.
I look forward to having it look nice again.

It definitely needs something on it again. It is a slow process getting the paint off. I really don’t know what I'm doing.

We have plenty to do, but no energy to do them. We rent so a couple of things the landlord needs to fix/replace.
