Today wasn't that bad, despite having a nasty headache all day.
Today was the annual Christmas party at the Centre, and I went.
Today, it didn't rain and was fairly mild for the season (5°C), though a bit windy.
Today, Juanita came down so she could attend the party, too.
So, today wasn't really all that bad.

We tried singing Christmas carols but nobody provided sheets with the words, so it didn't go too well... some were making up alternate lyrics and having too much fun.

@BarBaraPrz We tried to sing a song here once and everyone was reading the words from their phones. However, several were on different sites so had slightly different lyrics.

The party was rather noisy, so it didn't help my headache any. When I got home, I just put my stuff away and went to bed in my clothes. I slept for about an hour, and now feel much better, thank you.
