What I want to do for my birthday

I just checked my weather app and I see a snowflake for December 24th. Hope it won’t change and I will have a white birthday. It is my wish every year for it to snow on my birthday but more often than not it doesn’t happen.
I decided I want to go to Atlantic City for my birthday this year. Maybe stay at Caesar’s Palace hotel and casino and celebrate my birthday with dinner at one of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants, assuming I can still make a reservation.
I know I definitely want to stay overnight from the 24th to the 25th. Not sure if it’s better to stay overnight tonight as well, so when I wake up on my birthday I’m already in Atlantic City, or if we should just wake up early tomorrow and have breakfast close to where we live and then drive to Atlantic City after. I found a nice place called Cafe Juliet where we can go for breakfast.

When I lived in NYC I loved summer trips to Atlantic City. I have never been there in the winter, I hope you have a great birthday and enjoy the trip,

If you have the means, I'd spend the extra night so that your birthday won't be as stressful.

@lovebuglena If you can make it work, you can pack while he's working and save a little time. Either way, you'd still have a chance to spend your b-day in Atlantic city. That way you won't have to stress getting there and still have fun.

Hubby has an app where you can book a hotel for much cheaper. Last time he checked there was a room at Caesar’s Palace for $43 I think.
If he can still get a great deal perhaps it’s best to go tonight. However, he works till 6pm so by the time he gets home and we eat something and pack we will end up leaving the house very late.

I do not celebrate Christmas but I love that my birthday falls on Christmas Eve. I usually go out on my birthday. Don’t want to cook.

We’re gonna go to Atlantic City today and come back tomorrow. Gonna stay at Caesars Palace. Birthday dinner will be at Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill.
