Still the question:how to learn English well?

You know,English is an international language, and I want to learn it well.So that I can communicate with others in English smoothly.But for now,I can't do that well.
I tried to download many APP to learn English ,but I failed .Maybe I have no method so I gave up it.
Now I recite words every day, and do some reading.
I hope I can hang on and receive more suggestions from you.

Keep doing what you're doing. Sites like mylot, which will require you to speak in only English, will help you read and writing it. Use apps like Duolingo to hear the spoken word. Most phones have a tranlsate tool, too. When you speak into it, Chose English as the lanaguage you want it to translate, and then listen to the spoken translation. Use any excuse to pratice. You'll be amazed how quickly you learn by using it daily.

@willmichaelson Not a problem. Just remember, pratice is the only way to learn anything. Humans naturally learn through reputition.

I‘m so glad to receive your advice.I read children's books like the Oxford bookworm so long time ago.I guess I should keep reading those books .
