Yesterday Was A Disappointment

We went to the doctor yesterday, on the 23rd. When I first received the letter stating the appointment was on the 23rd. It didn't set right with me. Well, we got there in plenty of time, but I didn't have a clue as to what was about to happen. The doctor was closed. I called into the office, and got a recording, saying if this is an emergency call 911. So, I had to call the worker in my sons case to notify her that the office was closed. I was so disappointed. Ugh! I don't know what it is about these schedulers. My husband got cancelled on the day after Thanksgiving . . . that date didn't set right with me either. And then another time after that. We know that disappointment all too well . . . sorry that happened to you too.

Boy do they owe you a huge apology. Caring medical professionals?? I would have been boiling when I saw that they were closed.

Oh no, how inconvenient! I wonder if Christmas being in the middle of the week had anything to do with it. Would have thought they would have least been open on Monday.
