Is any Christmas complete without these two lovely minutes?

I watched the Charlie Brown Christmas Special every year when I was a child. Later, I learned to make little Charlie Brown trees for the kids in my life.
I will take some little trees to the party I am attending this afternoon.
I just played along, on my piano, with the background music to this two-minute snippet. It's by Vince Guaraldi, a pianist who became known in the 1950s, as Miles Davis was recording Kind of Blue and Dave Brubeck was recording Time Out.
I hope you enjoy this little two-minute segment from A Charlie Brown Christmas. It still brings tears to my eyes after all these years.
For those you you playing along, it's in F-major.

Charlie was a favorite when I was a child. Still is. I found an old Charlie brown coloring book in a box of old stuff. Very nostalgic for me.
