I just ordered for some oil for my knees

I browsed and found this oil. I read the reviews as well. It is supposed to give relief and reduce the pain. As long as I am sitting all is fine but not when I am walking. Today I did not water the garden and gave the whole responsiibility to the gardener . I will rest for atleast two more days
I did a lot of walking on December 15 and that caused what I am going through. now.
Hope the oil helps

yeah. These ointments don't work for my mom. She sometimes takes painkillers when the pain is unbearable. I hope this works for @allknowing

So far I used a Gel but that is not a moisturzier. I am hoping this will moists my knee joints

I hope this works for you. Once we bought an ointment from naaptol for mom. It didn't work.
