Day After Christmas--Who Is Chillin?

We didn't get home until after midnight last night, so we slept last this morning.
I have been trying to get organized or re-organized here and have not made a whole lot of headway.
I did get some turnip greens cut from the garden and will be fixing them with dinner. But--I have to go to the store first since I did not take anything out of the freezer earlier today.
I managed to get one load of laundry done. It is still in the dryer.
We are planning out our day for tomorrow and the hubby wants to go to McComb. He needs something from Harbor Freight. So, I suppose I will go with him and run into Walmart and pick up milk and a few other things. Milk is almost $2 higher at our local grocery store in town so that is a no-go for me.
What have you all been up today? Relaxing, I hope!

Just making some calls today. I need to start working on this year's taxes. There are a ton of medical expenses to add up. Have a good weekend.

I worked on a cat perch this morning .sent friend and the dog home, and then took out the trash drove to the local trash collection place.did my steps and got some stuff from the store I was really low on or out of like milk and bananas. Toilet paper etc

I ran the dishwasher and did a load of laundry. Gave George two of the four shakes he needs and flushed his tube once. We spent some time outside, too. He's seemed to have a bit of an energy burst recently. And moving around a little more.

I went hiking in a state park in Indiana. Only “chilling” because the weather was in the mid-50s and overcast, perfect for a hard walk.

I didn’t do much today but work on surveys, and try to clean. I need to make my way over to my dad’s house tomorrow to pick up a few presents family gave to him for me, but I’m really in no hurry. I just want to make sure I get a thank you to everyone who “needs” one. I should buy some thank you cards. It’s just so expensive when you’ve already sent Christmas cards!
