Bare-faced lies. And what is your take on female pilots?

I was interested to hear why the plane I flew on was delayed tonight. The airline’s website attributed it to air traffic control issues, while the pilot gave the reason as fog when she gave her little announcement welcoming us on board and telling us at what altitude we would be flying.
Why do they tell us the altitude? I’d rather they just focused on flying the thing rather than distract themselves with useless information. Just make sure you stay above the mountains dear is what I want to reply.
Back to my point. So somebody was telling untruths. And then another bare-faced lie was shouted at us through speakers, loudly. “We have food and drink on sale to suit every taste”. No they didn’t and they never do.
To be clear, I have no issue with a female pilot being in charge of the airplane I’m in, in fact I prefer woman pilots. Women generally pay more attention to detail which is needful when propelling a plane through clouds.

You are right that a woman pilot pays more attention to details than male pilots.

Usually what the pilot says is inaudible

@looeyville So many male pilots, it seems to me, try to sound sexy and seductive, trying to come on to all the lady passengers as if they’re trying to pick one up. Its creepy.

It's amazing how women weren't believed capable as much at all not so many decades ago.
