My family went for vacation abroad

They went to hong-kong for almost a week and it was even colder than here. Mom didn't really like going but somehow she was forced to. I don't know what the NO my brother doesn't understand. She went with them and pictures looked like they had fun.
Sadly, we got expenses to paid for like bills. Luckily, mom got her bonus from her last salary I was able to pay for unpaid utility bill debts.
Im so glad they didn't forced me to go. Aside from the pictures, my aunt said it was really just another tiring trip since it's the peak season.

That is what they told me when they got home @BarBaraPrz it was rush full of people. It looked great in the photos.

I've traveled abroad twice in my life. Both times were for summer holidays. I've never entertained the idea of going away for Christmas as I like my tradition of staying home and doing nothing! However, I've been considering going away somewhere warmer during the autumn/winter months. I don't know about over Christmas, though. It's already a juggling act to see all the family and get enough time off work!

@Letranknight2015 I can understand that. If I went anywhere, it would be just me and my husband and would be somewhere quiet! I wouldn't go anywhere with my parents or siblings

And it's a lot of work @averygirl72 going to the airport alone with a lot of other passengers is a real hassle.
