I can tell it's not that cold outside right now--probably in the upper 50s F. It's cloudy, but it is not raining, and the pavement is dry.
I am off to Guitar Center in a few minutes. I expect a couple of no-shows, given that we're deep into the Holiday season. We shall see.
I may have another pair of speakers coming in for restoration next week. Wheee! Money for nuthin' and chicks for free!
I'll attach a sunset photo from a hike I took on this date a few years ago. Late December is the perfect time to catch the sun setting over the Golden Gate Bridge from the Inspiration Point trail in Tilden Park. .

Nice sunset but can barely see the bridge.
It's been sunny for most of the day and warmish... uh... I just checked and it's supposedly 14°C/57°F. I guess I should have gotten dressed and gone outside instead of wasting the day on the internet.

@TheHorse It was vegetable soup. I had some leftover turkey here that I put into it. It was really pretty good. I love soup. Did you know there is a restaurant in No.Calif..that just serves pea soup, or at least there was. OK just checked it was Buellton, now closed..maybe it was a victim of the pandemic.

@snowy22315 Yep. I have visited there often on the way from the Bay Area to Santa Barbara. There is also one on Highway 5. Their pea soup (it's really good) is available at Safeway. I think they were/are called Anderson's/ Andersen's.

It's raining but still in the mid-50s here. I've been watching the Madagascar movies today in between naps.
Pretty wanted more spaghetti so I made another batch. I laid out chicken to thaw for dinner late tonight.

I keep wondering what 2025 is going to bring us, I have my thoughts and worries and when I start thinking about all the years I have been alone and what is coming I feel tired. Then I wish my cats spoke English and we could all have a nice chat, I hope you had a good time at the guitar center,
