Tornado Warnings Last Night

Last night, my phone was going crazy with tornado warnings. Three times it went off, and by that time we lost power all night long. We have so many trees around our house, I was really afraid one would fall on our house. We got up, and after about an hour lights came back on. Last night, was the longest night. Glad it didn't happen. I had a tree fall in my house several years ago due to a tornado and another that knocked the heat pump off it's pad. It was as scary as Hell. I was afraid the windows would blow out

@popciclecold Yeah, I had heard of it happening, so I was nervous about it.That would have really freaked me out. My dog was lying on the bed too. He wouldnt join me in the closet..He could have been killed.

I was truly was afraid of trees falling. But it turned out ok. Trying very hard to stay safe.

It was a wild ride in the south last night. I was so sad to hear that there were at least two fatalities. One thing I’m extremely thankful for is the advances we have in radar and meteorology where they can see these things coming sometimes days in advance.

I thought of you. Even though we aren’t far apart your area seems to always get it worse. Our lights never went out. They did flicker a lot. It sounded terrible. There are a good many small branches down. Glad you and your son are okay.

Yes it was. Then the lights went out. Stayed off all night. It waa some kind of night.
