What's for supper?

I am having crustless crab quiche. I am using imitation crab meat. I actually made it last night, and thought it was quite good. It also gave me an opportunity to use dry mustard. Last night I had broccoli with it,but tonight I think I will have a small salad. What will you have for supper tonight?

Thanks, I got this giant bag of imiatation crabmeat for a song at my shopper outlet. I am really trying to use it up, I am going to make some crab dip for NYE. Fettucini Alfredo sounds delicious.

@snowy22315 I think that you could make a seafood fettucine alfredo, that may help with some of what you need to use up.
Are you making a cold or a warm crab dip?
I used to make a warm crab dip years ago when our son was a teenager, he used to love it. But that was when winters were cold, not mild like they are now.

@Juliaacv warm..It probably won't be too cold on NYE, but I think we will enjoy it anyway. Seafood fettucini Alfredo sounds good. I still have a quarter of this bag to use.

@snowy22315 It would have been better since it was out rising when the electricity went out. It wasn't perfect to say the least, but edible!

@Tampa_girl7 Ha yeah Maybe I can freeze some of the dip and serve for the super bowl. I don't particularly want it round either. Maybe I will send some back with friend. His neighbor will eat it.
