I just see a trace

It is December the end of 2024 but the bougainvillea did not show up the whole year These flowers mainly colour our garden. We have them all over.
This morning I spotted a trace of them and they will now bloom. Too late as I had expected them to show up just around the two parties I had this month.
Nature is acting odd and there is nothing I can do

@allknowing Yes, mine do well in the Spring and Summer. Just need to keep it alive until then!

We have that same color bougainvillea. Ours grew and bloomed like crazy in the past year - but probably due to the heavy rains from earlier in the year. I chopped it up about a month ago - the new stems/leaves are thriving, but we'll see about the blooms. Hope nature behaves better out your way in the New Year.
