Chocolates straight from the pan

While on my US tour a few years ago I got an opportunity to buy chocolates form a store where we were able to get chocolates straight from the pan. We had to wait white the chocolates were getting ready . I found it a rare occasion to be able to see the process and then get fresh chocolates. A great memory created. It was in California. We had returned from our visit to the Alcatraz Island and there we found this store where they were making chocolates.

Yesterday I spent some time trying to find out which company has that facility and you are right it is Ghiradelli They are expensive though

@allknowing The company was founded by an Italian, but now it's owned by Swiss confectioner Lindt & Sprüngli.
