January is rolling right along. Time never stops Anyway, I have an apartment shop today. It seems like forever since I've had one. I need to go hustle down to the city and get back here ASAP, as there may be rain or possible flurries this afternoon. What are you up to on this post holiday Friday?

My little one and I are going to to meet a woman for some free Christmas items she’s giving away. Then we are hiding two geocaches. I was going to check out some new stores but my throat is scratchy so I don’t want to spread any germs with all the things I’ve been exposed to.

Uh oh, hope you don't"t get terribly sick. When the weather gets warmer, I might look for some geo caches Do you ever know in advance, what they will be?

@snowy22315 in the logs some people leave photos but your not supposed to show that much info. Sometimes he hints give me a clue. Cachly is a lower cost app that a lot of geocachers use. I use one by groundspeak that I’ve been using since I started geocaching many years ago but it’s way more expensive.

I have been out surprised they aren't pre treating the roads. I guess they will wait until tomorrow or early Sunday AM.

@LadyDuck I think they are starting tonight. I saw something. The snow isn't really expected until probably very early Monday morning..so they have time.

I'll have plenty of time for those this weekend. Not sure whether they will all get done, who am I kidding? I know they won't, but I have wanted to clean up the laundry area for a long time. I can probably accomplish that. It isn't overwhelming.

January is indeed rolling right along. With both Christmas and New Years in the middle of the week it certainly has confused me as to what day it is. Today I'm having a grocery delivery so I'm prepared just in case we get significant snow over the weekend and into Monday. Otherwise not much else happening here today.
Hope your apartment shop goes well and you can get it done quickly and be back home before the weather changes.

Thanks, it should be OK. I am thinking maybe I should get some bananas and yogurt and possibly some extra milk and cheese as I won't be going to the store for awhile.

@Marilynda1225 Yes I probably won't go out for a few days, if the car even starts I have a battery. Harger here I will try usingor maybe I will just start the car and let it run for a few minutes every other day.

I always take mine down the weekend after New Years However, I think the battery operated lights outside will be up a bit longer. I am not going out in freezing weather just to take those down.. I used to know some people who kept their tree up all year. I can see wanting to do that, but I would think it would make it less special when real Christmas came along.
