Good morning to a new year of health reports. I'm going to give you the achievements for the past year instead of the past week from June, when I started the new weight program. June 2024 - 195.5 July 2024 - 190.8 August 2024 - 192.2 September 2024 - 189.5 October 2024 - 188.5 November 2024 - 187.2 December 2024 - 189.8 January 2025 - 189.8 It has gone down a little bit over the past year. I hoped to be a lot less by now and am still working on it and will continue to do so. I want to lose at least ten pounds before my trip in March. How did you do with your weight in 2024? Did you start the new year lower than last year? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

If you weigh yourself, you will know if you need to lose weight and how much.

I am. I only need to get through the next couple of days and then my eating should be back to normal.

I am not lower than December 2023 check up. In fact, at one point (April 2024) I was up 17 pounds. I got that taken care of and now fluctuate up and down by tiny percentages. I had held at 196 for over six years. Last December check up, I was 193. In April I hit 210. I know that a couple of different infections and their treatment caused both weight gain and blood sugar gain. I saw good progress while off work this Christmas break, but now we are back at school. I stress eat when at work. I am happy when I am able to be 196 or lower right now.

I hope you can get it lower. Stress eating doesn't help.

I'm glad you talked yourself out of the cream cheese packzis. I haven't heard of them. Probably a good thing. I'm glad the holidays are over too so I can get back to a normal routine.

I have been about the same weight for years now. I don't exercise so it certainly doesn't go down. My medical condition hasn't change in the last five years or so. I hope you reach your goals. Keep on keeping on.

No active weight record keeping. Yet I think that it is quite constant and well within limits. Yet this year, I would try to regulate my keenness for Sweet things. You are going strong with your plans !!

I'm sure I gained a few pounds over the holidays. I have to keep a better watch on what I eat. Have a good weekend.
