The vital shot

I took this vital shot during the holidays to help cure my cold, and it did provide some relief. I’m glad I could buy it since it was only available in Manila. There aren’t any vital shots where I live, but I can make some at home. However, taking it without putting in the effort would be easier. I also used this same shot when I had Covid a few years ago. Do you make homemade remedies to treat colds?

When you have a cold or the flu, you can take this. It is made with lemon, ginger, and honey. It’s easy to create one at home. I tried making it myself, but I only prepared one because I didn't have the energy to make any more. Haha.

Thank you. It really helps with my colds. It's perfect when you're not feeling well and don't have time to prepare a lemon, honey, and ginger shot. Yes, lemon with honey works too. I also take that when I have a cold. I forgot to try steam inhalation, but it is effective as well.

I used to take over the counter cold medicine. I haven't had the cold lately. But I want to use lemon and ginger water next time I have it.

I do not like taking OTC meds that much. Yes, try that lemon and ginger water. You can add some honey as well. :)
