I Think I am A Bit Sleepy Now

Since its morning and I feel so tired due to lack of sleep maybe sleep will find me very soon. But before I go to bed, I'll try to answer a few more blog post from friends I haven't visited fora long time.
I hope when I woke up later I'll be seeing more post from you guys. Keep engaging here in mylot. Ill try to be more consistent in mylot this year, ill try my best.
Do you also have a hard time sleeping? Hope you can share your thoughts and how did you overcome it.

I do have some problems sleeping at night since I have to go to the bathroom around two to three times a night.

My dad always do that, I think 3 times every night. He wil start going to bathroom at 11 PM or midnight, then 1 Am, next is around 2 Am. Hehehehe.

Hahahaha! I really don't know, but when I was still studying sleeping is not a problem, the moment I open my academic books, my eyes automatically closed and the next thing I know its a new day.

I have been suffering from insomnia for as long as I can remember. I can go for days with very little to no sleep. Sleep used to come easy, until I hit 20's. I am in m6 early 40's now and I hardly get 5 hours of sleep.

Thank you for sharing, i think we are in the same age range...but my insomnia started when i was very young... Maybe because i love reading fantasy books when i was kid, and most of the time my dad will leve the radio on for me until i finally sleep but little that he knows i love listening to it until it ends at midnight. Lol!

@luisadannointed I am also a voracious reader.
Does your dad listen to AM stations? In my late college years, I used to binge-listen (if there is such a word) to late-night AM radio programs at DZMM.

@Iam_jauntyjen How did you know that radio station? Are you a Filipino? Yes, my dad love to listen to radio station with my mom, but right now he is more busy in watching basketball game. Anyway I don't understand basketball and I don't usually listen to AM station. hehehehehe.
