Going back to school tomorrow

School is on, but we are encouraged to drive safely and be late if need be.
I have news for them. I cannot get any of my cars out of either driveway. I will try again in the morning, but likely I will stay home tomorrow.
I will get paid for tomorrow because I will use PTO. I already let my work team know. We all have challenges and so they understand.
One more day at home, I hope.

Thursday I rode the special ed bus in. It picks up about two, maybe three blocks from my house. Then it snowed again and we had another snow day Friday. Thursday during the day a neighbor helped Bob get the van out, so we have wheels again.

There was ice under the snow. My driveway also has a dip and the wheels were spinning and to top it off the snow plow plowed more snow at the end of the drive.

Yes. The snow has ice under it and the car cannot get traction.

We were able to go out Thursday night and pick up that prescription. Once we are out of town and on the highway it is not too bad.

Four inches at the first of the week, on top of about an inch of ice. Another four inches at the end of the week. On top of what we still had, on top of the ice.
