We went to the big Tesco again yesterday.

After the guy had been to look at our radiators, I had my lunch and we got ready to go to the big Tesco again. My Mum was being really slow again, so she sat on a bench in the Tesco again, while I whipped round the Tesco. I got some flowers first, then I went and got a Doctor Who magazine, a craft magazine, and a Frozen magazine that's really for kids, but it had a free gift of dressing up gloves that I thought might even fit me! (I haven't tried them yet!) Then I got 2 bottles of water, 2 packets of sushi (vegan version), and a salmon poke bowl for my dinner. Then I went and got 2 packets of soothers for Syd, some vitamin D tablets for my Mum and some MenoHerb tablets for me. I looked for some pads for my Mum, but I couldn't see any again, so I went to the fruit and veg section, and got the usual stuff, plus some Brazil nuts for myself. I got my yoghurts and Mum's milk, but Mum didn't need any puddings for Sunday because she's still got some left from last time I got some. So then I went and got some sliced Red Leicester cheese for Syd and some mini pork pies for Mum. I got a mushroom pizza for me from the vegan and ready meals isle, plus some tofu, meat free bites and a plant based Korma curry for me for tonight's dinner because I didn't know what to cook. For Mum I got a Toad in the Hole and 2 Fish pies. I got myself some olive oil, sesame oil and soy sauce, and then I hot Syd a chicken curry pot noodle and a can of Multigataway soup. Then I went and got some apple turnovers for my Mum and Syd for their supper last night, and some lemon slices. Then I went and got some crisps, but when I got home I found we already had a full packet, plus another opened one, so we didn't really need to get any! I got some biscuits for my Mum and Syd, and some camomile T-bags for me. Then I went to look for some cheesy biscuits in a tube Mum wanted to give to a friend from church, but I couldn't get any because they'd removed all the Christmas stuff and replaced it with pillows and duvets, and some Easter Eggs! So I went and got some frozen peas, and in the next isle I got some battered cod, plus the posher Youngs fish that come in twos. Then I got some mini sausages, but when we got home we found out she still had a few mini sausages left, and what I should have got were the sausage rolls! I got myself some toilet paper, and then I went to pay. It came to just over £145. When I'd payed, I went and sat on the bench with my Mum and gave her her change, club card and shopping list. At about 4:20pm we took a slow walk down to the lift. In the foyer I picked up a couple of What's On booklets for the Garrick Theatre and Lichfield Cathedral. Then when we went out into the undercover car park, Syd still wasn't there, so we sat on a freezing cold bench to wait. Well, I did. My Mum kept standing because she didn't like the cold bench. When we got home we unpacked the groceries and put them away. Then I had my dinner (the salmon poke bowl, plus some meat free bites and a mini vegan yoghurt) and watched some telly. Then I put the recycle out ready for today, and the bag with the cardboard recycle in it ripped! Later, Mum went to the house group and I put the flowers out. Then I watched a DVD. What did you do yesterday? I hope you are all well. Have a nice day.

Here too in stores, markets and malls, they are bringing down the Christmas decorations and stuffs. It's being replaced by the coming Pongal and Makar Sankranti stuffs. I would check my pantry before making a shopping list or else I too end up bringing something that I might have already.

Yes, I imagine they are. I'll have to remind my Mum to do that next time!

@sharonelton I do it most of the times, but there are times when not able to do so in certain situations. And I end up forgetting something or buying something that I already have.

@arunima25 Well, let's hope that doesn't happen. We're going shopping to the big Tesco today instead of Wednesday because of the men coming to flush out our radiators on Wednesday, so I'll make sure to check so that we'll get what we need but not what we don't!

@sharonelton Our heating conked out yesterday morning. No oil. Our supplier can’t deliver till 16th but he arrived an hour ago. We still have snow and ice and 0degrees.

It's not good for your heating to conk out when you've got snow and ice! Have you got it fixed yet? We're having our radiators flushed out on Wednesday and I want to find an excuse to be out when it happens!

I didn't do much yesterday. I still have a very painful ear so I stayed in bed most of the day. Thankfully, it's not so painful today.
