Nine Hours. / myLot

I slept nine hours and I'm happy. This is the first after a long, long time. Although my sleep data report said my deep sleep was like 42% and the rest were all light sleep, that's okay with me. That's better than 4-5 hours sleep. How's your day going?

I got to bed around midnight and my little one woke me up at 8am. I’m pretty tired.

I'm glad you had a good sleep.

I only slept a couple of hours today so I'll probably sleep tonight instead. It snowed all day and I could hear people outside shoveling driveways and the road grader clearing the street several times. Hope you enjoy your day.

It's good that you had a good, long hour sleep. I went jogging yesterday evening, and had a good sleep last night, finally. It seems like I need to exercise more in order to fall asleep easier and sleep better.

Wow! I hope I can sleep that well, lol! I just got back from severe headache because of wrong step on how to make myself sleep. Lol! But I am fine now.

It's a rare opportunity to sleep long like that but any chance I get, o will take it. But you and me have some sleep issues
