Marigold, roses and many other flowers look very fresh in winter. In the countryside they give brilliant fragrance. People love the beautiful flavour. Also they give a lot of oxygen to the world.

The flowers in England always looked fresh. I think they got washed with rain more often than our Australian gardens do.
