Good Morning, Saturday!

Hey, myLotters! I'm up bright and early this morning before the sun even came up. Speaking of which I hope the sun pops out today. I'm ready to see some blue skies, sun shining and a little bit of warmth.
Our high today is supposed to be 49, but plunges back into the 20's tonight. Grrr and Brrr!
I will be trying to catch up with some things here at the house today like getting the kitchen back in order, cooking, laundry, taking care of the animals outside, and hopefully changing the sheets on our bed today. We also have to make a run to the drugstore for hubb's medicine. I need to get mine called in today.
What are you doing today? Anything fun?

Just planning on running a few errands a couple of towns over just for a change of scenery. Other than that, I spent yesterday clearing the fresh 2 inches of snow we got, and I hope it is all out of its system now.
If I have to clear any snow today, I am going to be pissed.

We have another arctic blast arriving week after this one coming up, so get prepared and do your grocery shopping!!

I was up early also this morning, before the dawn.
I like to hit the grocery store around 7, which is right after they open.
There are less shoppers and everything is just being put out freshly for the day.
After I came back from groceries and my husband got them put away, we went out shopping for a birthday present for a friend of the twins from playgoup. Three year olds are fun to shop for.
After shopping, I got the robo vac started and began a double batch of chocolate chip cookies, which are all baked and put away. My hubs made us lunch and now I am watching a good old movie on the television.

It sn*wed yesterday, so I’m staying home. A friend of mine from Chicago is coming to town tomorrow so I’ll meet him and his wife. Then I’ll start packing because they’re talking about another sn*wstorm.

@FourWalls Yeah and it may get some of the arctic blast hitting week after this coming week. I'm tired of this!!

Today has been a nice Saturday with no pressure, just letting the day flow as we see fit! I forgot to put dinner on earlier so we pulled out the stew leftovers. I will need to remember to get these white beans on early tomorrow so that I can get this big ham out of the refrigerator and gone!!

Yes, another blast is set to hit the week after this one coming up. I'm not ready for that! We are getting true winters here with weeks of the cold stuff when we usually only get a couple nights all winter of drastic low temperatures. I want a refund!
