It is early but I have been awake for over 2 hours due to the heat.
Last night, and for the same reason, I cooked unttil after midnight. I was planning to have lentils today so I first boiled them. But when I went to the kitchen I started to wash pots, mainly to be up and walk in cooler parts of the house.
And then, one thing with the other, I started to add ingredients to my lentils, to taste them and to applaud. They were so good that I almost ate a dishpast midnight. But I didn´t dare and my stomach was glad for that decision. We have a hot spice made with ground smoked hot chile that in mapugungun in called merken. It has been considered a delicacy for chefs around the world but here it is inexpensive. It is similar but not the same as hot paprika. And I added a lot.
I haven´t watched news so I´m happy. I will try to sleep a couple of hours and then get up. See you later.

It seems it is hard to arrive at the perfect temoerature. It is always too hot or too cold

Yeah it does suck trying to sleep when it is to hot. I am glad it is winter here now .
