I got up early this morning!

I went to bed early last night, so that I could get up early this morning because of the man coming to do the radiators. I put my alarm on for 7:00am, but I managed to get up for 6:30am. I moved a lot of stuff out of the way ready to move the bed.
I went into the living room and had my tablets. I have to wait half an hour then before I have my breakfast. I put the oven on after ten minutes to have my pizza. It takes a while to heat up, and then I put my slice of pizza in for 13 minutes. Then it's ready when the half an hour is over. Meanwhile I went onto Twitter (X).
My Mum wanted me to post some birthday cards for her, so I said I'd do it after I'd had my pizza. So when I'd finished my pizza I went out to post the cards for my Mum. There's one for someone that used to come to church, and the other is for Zoe Hine who is the daughter of the son of Mum's late brother Richard Hine.
When I went out I saw that there were some workmen working on the road further up, and I thought they were where I usually cross over. So, I crossed over by my house rather than further up, and there's a bit of a steep hill there that I had to go up. When I got closer I noticed that the workmen were actually at the other side of the road than where I thought they were and they weren't anywhere near where I would have crossed over, so I could have gone the normal way after all! But it was hard to see that from my original vantage point.
Anyway, I went and posted the birthday cards, then I came back the normal way. When I was coming passed the workmen were packing up and then they drove off in their van.
When I got in, and I'd taken my coat, shoes and gloves off, I moved the bed away from the radiator. But I noticed that the door didn't open very much. You have to open the door as far as you can, walk in and close the door behind you before you can get to the radiator! And my bedroom looks more like a store room now, rather than a bedroom!
About 9:00am the fella came to do the radiators. My Mum thought he was just going to check them, which would have been very frustrating after moving everything, but he's brought in some bottles of chemicals and some piping, so it does look like he's going to do it after all.
I'll update you later on.
What are you lot getting up to today?
I hope you are all well.
Have a nice day.

@sharonelton I’m basking in glorious sunshine right now after getting up, having a shower, getting dressed, having breakfast, doing a general tidy up and doing a small ASDA shop. Having workmen in can be so disruptive - they tend to fill the whole house. I do hope your radiators get a thoroughly good flushing. We had that done a year ago but it was before we took up residence in this house so it wasn’t too inconvenient. I think I’m going to plant some bulbs today.

Oh, lucky you! I wish I was basking in glorious sunshine!
I hope you got everything you wanted from ASDA.
Yes, it can. I hope they do too, because I don't want to have to go through this all again another day!
I hope you enjoy planting your bulbs.

I think so, so far everything seems to be working OK.
