Heartless healthcare bureaucracy. Not getting approval for a new doctor for more than a month

It all started with a call, saying they don't see my pills record and i should come in person. I got confused and mad inside and the nurse's voice was a strange one. I said i'm away and why can't they see it and that i would like for my male doctor to call me. I got 1 out 3 pills that i ordered and realised from looking my health file online, this was a substitute and nurse as well but why noone notified me, i wonder. Then i decided to get back to my old, actually a female doctor, from my high school days and in my home town cause, i need pills every month and i got tired of this big town's bad practice. My old doctor said she will approve it and i can register for her practice online but, at the beginning or in the middle of December last year, i was rejected twice. Then i received a call from a healthcare office there i can't have a doctor cause i don't live here but legally, i can but i need to give them a proof of my second residence so they will hurry up. I declined and said they are not the police and they don't have a right to do the blackmailing. It seems they can and i opted for 3rd option where i stated i had a bad relationship with the past doctor, and they are still doing the same, very slowly. I sent inquiry to main healthcare office but i got the answer again from the same office. Like a mafia, they are connected. The last email i sent was they are threatening my health and i'm asking them nicely to approve my form. It makes me sad and my mum too, which i hate even more. Bureaucracy is the worst, isn't it?

Goodness sounds like such a hassle. If those are life sustaining medication then it become dangerous.

@grenery8 mental health sustaining medicine is just as important as insulin to a diabetic etc. I take antidepressants and have had to since I was 16.

@shaggin you are right.i am taking them since the age of 24,on and off and recently, because of me feeling aches in my bones and muscles;arthritis perhaps or connected to one of my immune system diseases. I just wish i was richer, maybe i would be happier and less lonely.

It really is. So unnecessary. And pathetic.they should help the people. My mum even went to their office and she said they are awful. And they are not answering on my emails too.

i know i can't. they denied my application today and i issued a second residence but i was too confused and went straight to them and the woman who was in charge of my case was toying with me and said i could do it the same way, online. she was such a low life. i am now waiting again. Thank you for your support.
