I’ve always loved salads for as long as I can remember.
Last night, we picked up a rotisserie chicken from Walmart for about six or seven bucks, which we do pretty often. We brought it home to eat with some fresh garlic bread. I remembered I had salad kits from a Walmart trip the day before.
So, I grabbed a green goddess salad pack, shredded some rotisserie chicken, and tossed in some shredded cheese. The base was a mini chopped salad kit with croutons and green goddess ranch dressing. I tossed in about half a cup of shredded chicken and some shredded cheddar. That was my dinner, along with a chunk of garlic bread.
I snapped a picture of it because it looked really good, and that’s why I’m sharing this post a bit late.
What did you have for dinner last night?
