Spent 156 on a new battery. And they give crap warranties anymore. It's only got one year. What happened to five year ones? But the Bambimobile is ready again. Didn't see anything interesting at Goodwill. Forgot that Big lot's is going out of business. It's right beside Goodwill. Then went to Walmart and got a couple of rat traps. Mine had broke and we have a rat that has found the bird feeder. I will get it. Now have one live trap and 2 snap traps out there. I also never started any of the laundry when I got home. So I will have to do all of that tomorrow. It's probably a football day anyways. Hope you had a good day.

We had to go back to McComb because I realized the cats and possibly the chickens also would run out of food before the freeze will be over next week. I'm not planning on going anywhere from Monday through Thursday at least. Oh and hubby decided we needed a camp stove for coffee in case the electricity goes out. So got all that done.

sounds like you had a busy day, even if it wasn’t entirely productive in the way you’d planned

Indeedy. I forked out two hundred for the battery in my little Toyota. And earlier that year, 800 for tires.

Batteries are more and more expensive, for sure. They used to have longer warranties when they were $70 than they do now!
