Congratulations. I should try watching NF while walking. There is no TV in the room, but I could take the Kindle in there.

I walk a lot at work throughout the day, so it is not uncommon for me to walk 13,000-15,000 steps every day.

@rakski I guess that with as much walking as I do at work, it should be considered my main form of exercise. But I also workout at the gym on a regular basis, so I consider that my main way of exercising.

My doctor tells me I should not do more than 6 minutes of walking at a time.
