What? There are trees in the US that give money every Fall. We pick up Black Walnuts and Hickory nuts and sell them to vendors who sell the nutmeats and earn their living for the next year from them.
I picked up truck loads of walnuts and hickory nuts when I was young and sold them for spending money.

Oh yeah and not to mention all the lucky charms, good luck charms and other 'fortune attracting' ornaments or 'fortune enhancers' from bracelets, necklaces, rings, to buddhas and frogs, lucky coins etc. Name them, you got 'em! They're all over even foods!!

I've read about the Chinese New Year and have a few Chinese friends here in the US and on myLot.
