Should I Include Oats in My Daily Diet

I’m thinking about including oats in my daily diet, but I’m torn. Some people say they’re super healthy ,full of fiber, good for the heart, and great for digestion. Others argue they’re high in carbs and not ideal for everyone.

It depends on how you consume it. If you are going to have just oats and nothing additional to those , that healthy. No carbohydrates . Normally people will not take much oats as it is rich in fiber and makes the stomach full in no time. However, after a day or two , people will get bored having plain oats and start to have a few things with it. That actually causes trouble as these items could be rich in carbs. And there are some who have a heart full of oats without any moderation , that may also not help. So , if you are willing to have just oats and in moderation , then you shoudl be good. Good Luck!

I'm sorry, but none of us are doctors or nutritionists. Some people can and do eat oats and they are healthy and good for digestion... But, some people have allergic reactions to them. Talk to your doctor and see what they suggest.

I eat oats every day. I think it has helped reduce my cholesterol level.

There are plenty of healthy foods out there that we don't quite enjoy eating. For example, fish is lean protein and super healthy. But I just cannot stand it. So no point in me eating fish even if it is good for health. Do you like oats? Then maybe you can include it for breakfast. It is good for health and keeps your weight in check. But if you don't like it, there is no point in eating it even if the whole world says it is healthy.
