Are you a gold or silver person?

My sister will not wear gold jewelry unless it is rose gold, and she limits even that. My best friend is the same way. It does not matter if it real gold or not, neither will wear it. I don’t care if it’s gold or silver or anything else; if I like it, I wear it. However, I don’t decorate anything in my house with gold. I just never have.
Do you have a preference between gold and/or silver?

I love gold, yellow is my favorite and I also like white gold.
I wear lots of jewelry that is either or neither, some of it costume.
One of my most cherished pieces, which I have never worn, is a broach that belonged to my mother-in-law.
I love that piece.

No, not really. I like them both. Depending on what it is.

I had some silver jewelry when I was a teenager but can't wear it. It tarnishes on me in a few days. My first wife and I bought gold jewelry for both of us to wear. It's okay but I rarely wear any of it.
I've given Pretty some gold jewelry but she almost never wears any jewelry at all.

As a teenager, I preferred wearing silver because I thought gold did not look good on tan skin. But since I discovered I have a warm skin tone, I have been wearing gold. It does not matter if it is yellow gold or rose gold. On top of that, gold jewelry is a good investment.

I have always preferred silver. I think gold can look tacky. I've never liked it. I think silver is a nicer colour. It also goes better with my favourite colour, which is purple!

I will wear either, and try not to mix them. My wedding ring is silver. Bob's broke or he lost it, he now has titanium. I like shiny things. Bob preferred silver. According to some astrological notions (which I do not follow or believe) I should always wear gold. I am a Leo and that is a sun sign. Moon signs should wear silver. Bob would like to go to the Black Hills in South Dakota and pick up some jewelry there. Does your sister like Black Hills gold, it is tri colored. You can get it in stores anywhere now, but Bob says it is important to buy it there.

Honestly neither. I wear a little gold, yes. But that is less than normal out here, and not wearing even that much will kinda make folks look down upon me. I do not have affinity for it. As an investment yes, as jewelry, gold looks obnoxious...it does not go with every outfit. I have not tried silver for anything.

I've always been drawn more to silver or white gold, My engagement and wedding rings were white gold. Even now i have more silver jewelry than gold but I do have some yellow gold pieces that I love. I tend to wear the yellow gold more if I"m getting dressed up and the silver for just every day.
