The Governor says No

I have to say honestly I respect his decision. he said no to recreational marijuana being sold in the state. He pointed out where states had legalized it there are more accidents, more children overdosing, and more DUI arrests and accidents. I am indifferent as to whether MJ is legalized for recreational use, but in general doesn't sound like a good thing. I think it will be revisited though, because I am seriously hoping, and she has a great chance of a Democrat in the Governors mansion. Is recreational mj legal in your state or country?

@Deepizzaguy @snowy You got that backwards, George! Medicinal MJ is legal in LA, not recreational MJ.

Yes it is legal here for recreational use. I just went to the dispensary on Friday. I get gummies to help me sleep. I'm not someone who smokes/vapes/whatever it all day long. I just eat a gummy before bed to help me sleep through the night.

I ordered a CBD product online because I had a coupon for it, and I guess it was legal to ship. I can not take a whole one, only use half..I don't really find it great for sleep honestly although they are supposed to be "knock out drops."

@snowy22315 CBD never worked for me. THC gummies do.

It's not legal here but I think individuals are allowed to have in their possession a very small amount.
