She Said I Had Wonderful Skin

So there's a couple of ways to look at this. Context: I had a hydrafacial and dermaplaning done at the spa today. The technician said I had beautiful, wonderful skin, well-maintained, nothing needed to be done with it more than the occasional facial. On the one hand she knows I'm tipping her, so some flattery might be in order. On the other hand, she's in the business of making money, so you'd think she'd want to upsell me on needing fillers or botox or lasers or something as enhancements. But she didn't. I believe she was sincere when she said most people my age (60 tomorrow) don't have skin as good as mine. It made me feel good.
