Garbage Disposal in our subdivision / myLot

I just want to talk about our garbage disposal here. The garbage truck's schedule is every Monday and Thursday afternoon. If the truck can't come on these scheduled days, it surely come on the next day. This morning when I woke up, my son who is also living in the same subdivision called and informed me that the garbage truck already passed their area. I was surprised and at the same time glad, so I immediately came down and prepared our garbage for disposal. When I finally took the garbage to the truck, I was finally relieved. That's what I always feel every time garbage for the period of 2 or 3 days is disposed. Do you also feel that way?

In our new place, it is only once a week. We need to put all the garbage in one place every Friday.

Here if that is our schedule, all the garbage here would require 2 garbage trucks.

@DaddyEvil Happy New Year! It is better not to be late in saying it. I was so busy lately. We are doing fine in God's grace. I had my problem with my desktop and need to buy a new one. How's life going on there?

The garbage truck only runs here once a week. I'm not even sure which day they come. My daughter or I take the trash out when the bags are full and put into the dumpster by the street. Sometimes I hear the garbage truck picking the trash up at 4 am because I'm normally still awake at that time of day.

Yes, I know that you have dumpsters there in your place. I only saw them on the internet specially vlogs in youtube. It's comfortable to the residents, here we have to bring our garbage at the side of the street when the truck is there. We don't have dumpsters.

They come here every day. On Thursdays they only take dry garbage We only give dry garbage as the wet garbage is used by us We have compost pits

That's good you have compost pits there. Here we don't have space for compost pits. In my hometown, we have compost pits there.

The bad thing about our building is, the management does not care about the garbage in the parking lot... they also removed the garbage container maybe because they are tired of cleaning it. So the building tenants has no choice but to leave their garbage bags in one corner until the garbage truck pick them up.

Our trash is picked up one day a week and I am very glad when it is picked up.

Here in our country, most of our garbage are rotten, it needs to be taken immediately, if possible. What I'm doing is to place them in small plastic bags before putting them in garbage bags.
