They won but wrecked my beer. I am like what the hell, this one just blew up. They cam mess with me and yes Cartel kind of here but sometimes people do not know who they messing with. I do not know how it works. I just know Cartel there Natives their, I wish I had a Native liquor store. I would be much safer but is kind of cool these people annoying. I will look into it.
