I made them for dinner with cheese inside for a delicious surprise. It is so delicious that I will have to make some again. I only made around 8 pieces so I still have some mashed potatoes inside the refrigerator for tomorrow's batch of croquettes.

I think we have a similar snacks here. It is prepared in homes and also sold at restaurants. It's a very popular dish here.

I had some leftover mashed potatoes last week and I added some flour. I placed a piece of cheece inside, covered it with bread crumbs and fried them. Delicious!

Sometimes, when you have something really delicious like that, you want to have it again

I've never tried making croquettes but, several years ago, an Indonesian lady on myLot introduced me to something like that and I made them. (They had ground beef inside them instead of cheese and were very good but were messy to make.) I might try making croquettes and see how messy they are and whether we like them well enough for me to make them again.
Thanks for the idea.

@rakski What kind of cheese are you using in them? I always used a soft cheese when I make homemade rolls stuffed with cheese. (Colby is my favorite cheese so I use it in my baking.)

I love all sorts of potatoes and croquettes are probably my favorite, along with fries!
Cheese makes things even better, well done except for the quantity. Not sure about having only 8, but glad there's some "dough" left for more.
