The one you see pictured. I had to hunt him down this morning. By the time he was found I had over 6000 steps for the day already. He jumped the fence for some reason this morning. He was at one neighbors house but then went to the back and up on the trail behind our house. He was almost to the cross road from us. I told him he was breaking the law as horses are not supposed to be on the trail . The rest of the day I just need to do my minimum steps each hour and I will have my 10000 for the day. So I don't plan on doing much at all. I might get some of the cleaning done today but not too worried about it. Hope you have a good day.

Maybe he thought the grass was WARMER on the other side of the fence.

You seen his pasture. It's very well protected from the wind. Up on the trail isn't.

Probably because she always says he's a bad horse when we all know he isn't bad at all!

Not really sure. He might have chased a deer and fell over the fence. It looks like he might have been down on the other side of it

Maybe he just has early spring fever, and he's looking for a friend? I am glad you were able to get him back home safely.

@MarieCoyle He never has and looking at the area closer I think he might have fell over it more than jumped it. I had one that I kept in electric and she always knew when it was off. But I always knew where to find her to

@wolfgirl569 Has he ever jumped the fence before? When I lived in the farmhouse for a time, my neighbor had a horse that jumped the fence and always came to my backyard(which was a huge field, basically) to eat the grass. She didn't hurt anything, and her owner always showed up right away with apologies, etc. One day, the horse ended up on the highway and it nearly ended in disaster, the owner then made her fence, which was considered to be tall, even taller. So the horse was safer, at least.

Well, it sounds like you gave a good talk to. I think we all need that from time to time. I had to give one of our cats a talking-to while my daughter and grandson were gone. The cat is my daughter's pal and follows her everywhere. He was lost without her and kept scratching the floor trying to get into her room. We had words.

I can tell after looking better that he might have fallen over the fence. Probably tried to chase a deer
