Which kinds of criminals bother you the most?

When I was growing up on the South Side of Chicago, my friends and I knew how to sneak on to trains to get to the North Side of Chicago, where we would visit elite stereo stores and (sometimes) Oak Street Beach. Technically, we were "criminals," I suppose, but we never hurt anyone and were just kids out looking for adventure.
In Oakland California, people participate in illegal "sideshows," where they block streets, spin cars around in said streets, and sometimes run over on-lookers. Sometimes they shoot at each other with guns. I think police should be allowed to shoot out the tires of these drivers and arrest the participants. But it does not happen.
On the "wealthier" end of the spectrum, we see people like certain American business and political leaders who have committed many felonies, molested women, evaded taxes, defrauded "charities" and never served a day in prison, though some such criminals have been arrested several times.
Which kinds of criminals bother you more? I admit that I am not "innocent." But I would have asked for leniency had I been caught, as I never engaged in behaviors that could hurt others.
Do you think that some crimes are "worse" than others? Have you ever done any thing that is "technically" illegal?
I'll attach a video of a "sideshow" that I just watched. I spend a lot of time scratching my head.

Criminals in general bother me, because they show complete disreguard for the law. But, I'm more annoyed with the Judicial system as a whole, because criminals get away with far to much and often punishments don't fit crimes.

@TheHorse Far to often minor infractions are thrown out, because it's not worth the jail time. Courts have the power to sentance, nothing or a fine for a "punishment" and the criminal in question learns nothing for it.

@kaylachan I am OK with "jumping on a train" being thrown out. I would have been "scared straight" had I been detained, even briefly. But what about people like side show shooters, or political criminals?

The slimy snake-like ones who smile and lie to you. The intelligent psychopathic serial killers are my favorite. Many are out there for decades torturing and killing while they are great family men on the side. Those are scary.

@TheHorse people don't care. Also, it does not give them any benefit.

In that case, I feel Instagram should be wiped off our servers. No one is going to do that as they enjoy belittling others ..

I admit to being confused about what is happening right now in my Country. I have worked with many criminals, and most were poor and uneducated. They did what they thought they had to do to survive. But what I am seeing (and experiencing) is different.

I am happy as long as I can keep away from any kind of criminal element. I was lucky to be raised in a good neighborhood even though it was in NYC and also lucky when I went to Latvia. For me it was always if I stayed away from where there could be trouble I was all right,

I were been criminal. But I did my time when I was caught and 'played by the rules' - which is I didn't blame the police for doing their job.
Stuff used to get stuck to my fingers...
