What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us!
I'm getting a late start after 2 hours of tutoring and throwing out like half of the stuff in my fridge. The freezer is next so I took out a small pan of baked ziti with homemade bolognese that's been in there forever. It is probably freezer-burned but I will bring it back to life with some more ricotta, mozzarella, and maybe even a splash of heavy cream. I have it very slowly warming up in the oven at the moment because I'm not trying to destroy the Le Creuset baking dish. It will be a gradual increase of temperature so there is no shock that makes it shatter.
That's what is going on here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I grabbed some chicken & potatoes from the pantry in the hotel because I didn’t feel like going out after having to change rooms (my first room didn’t have a working air conditioner/heater).

I am not sure. I bought some green beans from the produce department yesterday. Maybe pair that with boiled eggs? I could make a quiche but a 9 inch pie is too much for my hubby and I don't have any extra tasty cheese. French toast could be good, too- I could slice cheese in and make savory hot sandwiches that way. Still thinking....
