Taking a Little Break

Not from myLot, just sitting at the computer for a little while!
I'm going to the kitchen and getting dinner thrown on. I fixed one of the rump roasts that I picked up Wednesday night last night and since my hubby doesn't care for leftovers too much, we will transform it into beef stew tonight.
So I am off to peel some potatoes and pick out a couple of vegetables to throw in there once the potatoes cook.
What are you having for dinner tonight?

Yummy! I was going to McAlister’s but they were closed (at 7PM!?) so I took option B, There was a Chipotle in the same strip mall, so I went in there and got a chicken soft taco. Ooh, it was good.

It is always fun when we can turn our leftovers into another meal at hope you enjoy your beef stew with it tonight. We will be having fish fillets and either salad or fried rice with it not sure which yet.

I love taking leftovers and making a new dish with them too.
I had some left over roast beef and gravy in the fridge and with some other ingredients made beef stroganoff. It was delicious and the perfect dish for a cold, damp night.
I hope that you enjoy your supper too.

I had some failed cauliflower rice with ham and cheese. It was good, not gonna lie, but I think I would have enjoyed a beef stew a little more.
