It was a hot one, hitting almost 80. George tried a little bit to walk more and has added a third bathroom trip in his daily routine. He changed his pants twice today, (once this morning and again when he used the restroom). He is inspired t try and get better which is good. He's actually sitting ion the couch like a chair. All in all pretty good day.

Hitting 80 is better than sinking to 30! Glad George is putting more effort into things, although I’m sure he has days when he doesn’t feel like it.
