31 January - What I'm Thankful for Today

Good evening from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It's currently 27 F and feels like 5 F.
It's been a good day.
I'm thankful for the work I did on the computer today. I got all the notifications done here and on WordPress. I got to spend time with you in your world and learn how things are with you. I'm glad the weather has returned to normal for the south.
I'm thankful for the weather which allowed me to walk outside. I only walked within the complex. It was enough. I'm walking every hour for my Fitbit goals and to even out my walking and not make it too much at once.
I'm thankful I heard from my friend in the hospital. She's going to be there for a few more days.
I'm thankful I heard from my brother about the funeral on Tuesday. I'm only waiting for a text from him now to know what time he will pick me up on Tuesday.
I'm thankful I canceled my home visit with the health nurse for Tuesday and rescheduled it for the following week. Hopefully, by then everything will be back to normal.
Okay, that's my day. No book work as planned, but I did work on it three days this week, so I'm doing well. Tomorrow is the Winter Market. My neighbor is taking me. Hopefully, I can sell books tomorrow, and work on Faith to Believe when I get home. We'll see.

Thankful for another warm day!! And for the little sunshine this afternoon.
Thankful for dinner tonight which was a breeze because we just turned the leftover roast into another meal, so not a big prep there.
Also thankful for the new team member I signed up tonight! She is going to be awesome!

On what I am thankful for on 31 Jan
I am thanksful that I am beyond the jealous and why me when I saw the promotion list and yes my name was not in it. I do not expect that my name to be there anyway but my colleague in the same department is. I realised that it was the change in the mindset after cancer that I am able to congratulate my colleagues wholeheartedly as my priority changed.
