Wealth is rich in its complexity.

The wealth of each of the ten richest men in the world (yes, they are all men, and three of them were standing with the American president during his inauguration) increases every DAY by $US100 million. That’s a situation that involves many complexities and I’m not going to rush to condemn, but it brings to mind what John Wesley said a few centuries ago: “Earn as much as you can, save as much as you can, and give as much as you can”.

Welath is a mystery by itself. Whether you are rich or poor , you are given certain powers and understanding of ethics. If you earned your money ethically , you have a good probability to put the money into ethical ways and helping the needy. I have seen millionaires and billionaires who claim to help the needy , but are using techniques to just get past their tax challenges and it is just a propaganda of their cult of personality. And then there are genuine people who do not speak much about their ways of helping others. And then there are many like me who are neither rich or poor but struggle for their monthly paychecks to live their daily lives. Take care!

That's a good code to live by I think. Why are there any starving people in the world when so few are earning so much? One of life's little mysteries.

Nice saying. However, save as much as you can and give as much as you can. Is it possible to have both?

It's a thought-provoking quote that highlights the importance of balancing wealth accumulation with generosity. Wealth can be a tool for positive change if used wisely.
