Starting the Week Off Right

Yes, it’s CHUY’S TIME! 
I have a room on the beach tonight. 
It’s a lovely day, and I might actually get to put shorts on (after eight days in the south?! 
)
The photo is the “monkey suits” (uniforms, “Cracker Jacks”) at the Navy Exchange store at NAS Jacksonville. I stopped there (force of habit, I was stationed there for a year and a half) and walked around a little. I sent the photo to my brother and asked if he needed anything in a 34 extra salty.
I see that Phil saw his shadow this morning, so that can only mean one thing: lots of groundhog stew. One of our local meteorologists pointed out that Phil’s only right about 39% of the time (or about the same amount of time as a regular weather guy 
), and the only true advantage that Phil has over the TV weather forecasters is that he’s “furry and cute.” I’m wearing my Phil t-shirt today, so hope nobody’s going to blame me because he saw his shadow a thousand miles from here!
But I’ll go out and see my shadow, which means six more days of vacation!

It's quiet and sunny in my part of Missouri today. The forecast says we should hit 65F by this afternoon. I could but won't wear shorts outside today. 
(I'm still not seeing very well and am unsteady on my feet. Pretty is asleep so, while I could go outside, if I fall, she probably won't hear me calling for help. I'll stay inside and go back to sleep in a little while.

@FourWalls In the winter we had a wood fire in the corner of the room. I guess it helped a little as regards heating a school-room.

And I on the other hand wrote about other animals in Florida who predict and not all of them agree with Phil so I guess it really depends on the weather
