What's for din? February 3rd, 2025

Last night before bed, I asked my little one what she felt like for dinner. I was planning to use some hamburger meat, so I suggested either cheeseburgers or sloppy joes. She went for the sloppy joes! We usually have fries with those, but I’ve been a bit tired of potatoes lately (I can hear my Irish ancestors shaking their heads!). So instead, I made some creamy mac and cheese and baked beans to go with it. That was our yummy dinner! What did you end up having?

That IS a yummy dinner!! haha spuds its ok to take a break from them. I had nuttin for dinner except a bowl of chips..my throat is sore so..

I am having burgers too but from macdonald. I had fillet O fish meal that comes with curly fries and also pineapple pie. These two items are Chinese New Year exclusive

Nothing special. I had French Onion soup with garlic pita chip and original hummus. I had to change my dinner plans, since I don't have an ingredient for it.

That sounds like a yummy meal. I just had some pork leftover, so I decided to make a pork casserole.

We are not having an official diner tonight since we had late breakfast and lunch today. I am sure the hubby will be hungry around 10 pm though. LOL. He can have some soup or get some spaghetti out of the frig and nuke it.
