Hey there myLot friends! I just realized that I have not made a single post yet today!
I've been busy today. I got up and fed all of the animals and then we had biscuits and coffee. After that we got ready to go to McComb and run some errands. My husband wanted to pick up some lumber for a project, so I went along with him to get some milk, cereal, cheese and butter.
We also stopped and ate at the Golden Corral for a late lunch. Usually the lunch crowd there is always senior citizens. It almost feels like a dining room at a nursing home. We both chose the chicken pot pie and some vegetables. I got a piece of fish and salad and my hubby got a slice of meatloaf. He got carrot cake and ice cream for dessert and I got blueberry pie and ice cream.
That is how our day went. What did you do today?

@kareng I feel totally great now.
I just returned from my appointment with my investor, and I was mistaken that the investment was maturing this month. It is maturing in February but not until February 2029, what a relief. The interest rate to reinvest is half of what I am receiving now.

Woah, I don't even remember what I did on Monday. I don't know if the issue is on my end, or if it's just Mondays being Mondays.

Golden Corral has an excellent buffet! Just doing odds and ends today went into town, did my steps etc

Since the lunch there is the same you pay at fast food joint, we mainly go there now. Great salad bar and a nice variety of food. The only trouble we have had there before is when a new cook gets hired and goes overboard with the salt in the food. One day it was horrible.

It’s Monday? Oh, yeah, Weather Brains was on (great episode about the upcoming centennial of the Tri-State Tornado).
I drove down A1A, stopping at a national monument, then piddled around Daytona Beach, looking at a bunch of empty lots that used to be places I lived. The first place I worked is still standing, but it doesn’t appear that it will be much longer (construction fencing/“no trespassing” signs all over the place), but that was about it. It was still fun to remember the great times I had there as a teenager, though.

Not a great day for me. One of the presentations did not go right because I did not get the latest documentation of an artifact and further meetings are postponed till Wednesday. I was not aware there were changes to the document I had until an hour of presentation and not agreat feelig when things got disrupted due to you. Well , read a few articles on equity nd commodity market. Would like to improve my knowledge on these areas. Was not productive for the day and should say was lazy for most of the day and well should get things set from now. Hopefully , may have better days. Good to know you had a good time. Take care!
