I also love to eat fried rice especially if it's still hot but there is no leftover rice at home. We measure the rice for cooking to avoid wastage. My sisters don't eat leftovers only me but I fry if there is. I add only garlic crispy fry.

Basmati rice tastes better. But I would have done the same if I had leftover rice. Your fried rice looks so yummy and is so healthy
. Enjoy it. I had my lunch of vegetable biryani. I cooked chicken biryani for my husband and daughters.

@arunima25 oh okay
I checked the price and it is more expensive than the Japanese rice and Jasmine rice and these two are expensive here in my country

@rakski Yes, that's a premium variety and pretty costly too. In that too we have different varieties of basmati, some more affordable than other. We use basmati rice for special occasions and special dishes like biryani. The grains are long and have an aroma that fills the house and is very appetizing.

I love fried rice!
Apparently we run out of oyster sauce but I'm unsure about buying some just for myself, I might just use tuna instead and no meat.
I think basmati would be okay with this recipe, but glad you didn't have to take any risks. ![](/Content/images/emotes/lol.gif)
